Subaru OEM Oil Control Valve (OCV) 2015-2021 WRX

The Oil Control Valve (OCV) is responsible for metering oil to the AVCS (Active Valve Control System) that moves the intake cams on the 2015-2021 WRX, and all other FA-engine Subarus. We've seen some weird problems caused by failed or failing oil control valves. Part number 10921 on the diagram.

Priced per solenoid; there are four identical solenoids on the front of the engine.

Kit includes a plastic retainer ring, and an o-ring.

Note: Since this part is relatively easy to remove and replace, many people will jump to the conclusion that this component is the source of cam/crank correlation Check Engine Light codes on the FA20 engine. This part is NOT usually the problem! We will NOT accept returns on used components.
